Founded in 1846 by John Dewar, John Dewar & Sons Ltd has grown from a small wine and spirits merchant shop in Perth, Scotland, to become a global brand.
Dewar’s Master Blender, AJ Cameron created the Dewar’s White Label blend in 1899. Despite the fact that the label is quite clearly a pale yellow colour, Dewar’s White Label this remains a hugely popular blend, especially Stateside. Dewar’s whiskies have won more than 400 awards and medals in over 20 countries.
